1. Business Information & Scope

This website is operated by Flowers Everywhere, based in Sri Lanka. We specialize in the sale and delivery of artificial flowers, floral arrangements, party decorations, and gift items.

2. Product Accuracy & Substitutions

• Visual Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our artificial flowers and decor accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen displays and lighting conditions.
• Substitutions: In the event of stock unavailability for specific components (e.g., a specific vase, basket, or accent flower in a gift box), we reserve the right to substitute items with ones of equal or higher value, maintaining the overall color scheme and aesthetic quality.

3. Pricing, Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or via an approved Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation.
• We accept payments via local bank transfers, major credit/debit cards processed through secure Sri Lankan payment gateways, and COD.

4. Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. Deliveries within Colombo and island-wide are handled by our designated third-party courier services.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the item to the provided delivery address.

5. Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellations

• Returns/Replacements: As non-perishable decor goods, artificial flowers and items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Photos of the damage must be sent to +94 77 788 8870 within 24 hours of receipt.
• Non-refundable Items: Custom-made decor arrangements, personalized gift boxes, or clear-out sale items cannot be returned unless damaged prior to delivery.
• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund. Cancellations after dispatch are subject to delivery fee deductions.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

• We shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from delayed deliveries by third-party couriers or minor cosmetic differences in handmade arrangements.
• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
